Dragon Vitality: Have a total of 50 battles (Original, VS., Z-Survivor).
Dragon Soul: Have a total of 100 battles (Original, VS., Z-Survivor).
Nappa Flame Pillar: Have a complete game in the original draw, vs., Z-mode Survivor.
New alternative Costume: Wish and unlock Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, Krillin, Android 18, Chichi, or Videl's third costume color to unlock an alternate costume for that character.
New Model Scouter: To get a new blue Scouter, get your combat power to a million. Your Scouter will break. Collect the dragon balls to get the desire.
Final Model Scouter: Unlock the new Model Scouter, then get your battle power to a certain level for unlock the wish.
Change Wallpaper in Customize mode: Up, Triangle, Down, X, L1, Square, R1, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, Goku will speak.
Majin Boo narrative voice successfully complete Original mode with Majin Boo.
