How do I enter the multiplayer beta of Halo Reach?

Halo 3 ODST just because I want to get into the beta for Halo Multplayer Reach. I have Halo 3 ODST and two Gold assays 48 hours (not activated). The label on the package tells me to go to Halo.Xbox.Com. I went there and did not find any help. Any help would be great! Thank you!

When activated, you will have access via a new option in the menu 'Extras disk campaign'. Not currently active.
