Can I return this receipt without ??????

Ok, couple of months ago I was Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince "for the Wii, $ 49, JB Hi-Fi. Since then, my sensor bar on my Wii is stuffed, parents will not buy a real one, Nintendo, for some reason. So I was wondering if I could go back to JB, exchange over the Xbox 360, apperently the best at 360, not to mention the achievements and what not. Can I do that, or at least say that it is a gift unwanted or something, because I do not have the receipt: (No replies shit saying, "Ohhh get it on PS3, Xbox graphics are shit" I mean it: D

I opening, definitely not. If sealed, you may be able to depend on store policy. If not, call and ask other shops if they will take a close game that was a unwanted gift. You should check eBay, for a sensor bar used, however, aspire to have a Wii that can not be used, especially if the price of a sensor bar is all it would take to fix it. Returns have been dramatically more difficult in recent years. Wal-Mart will be back about anything, but still might want a receipt for a game these days, who knows.
